BookMyCall is a technology platform that connects customers with independent service providers.
BookMyCall itself does not provide services and does not directly control service execution.
Customers may cancel a service request or booking as per the cancellation terms shared by the service provider.
Cancellation charges, if any, are determined by the service provider and/or platform policy.
Late cancellations may result in partial or no refund.
If a service provider cancels the service, any amount paid for that service may be refunded as per the applicable refund terms.
BookMyCall may assist in facilitating communication but is not liable for service provider actions.
Refunds, if applicable, will be processed after verification of the cancellation or service issue.
Platform fees, convenience fees, or processing charges (if any) may be non-refundable.
Refunds are processed only to the original payment method used at the time of booking.
Refunds may not be applicable in the following situations:
Service successfully delivered as per agreement
Customer unavailability at the scheduled time
Incorrect or incomplete service details provided by the customer
Change of mind after service initiation
Violation of platform Terms & Conditions
Approved refunds are generally processed within 5–10 business days.
The actual credit time may vary depending on the bank or payment gateway.
Any disputes regarding service quality, delay, or execution must be resolved directly between the customer and the service provider.
BookMyCall may provide support but does not guarantee dispute resolution outcomes.
In case of failed, duplicate, or excess payments, refunds will be processed after verification.
Such refunds may take 5–7 business days to reflect in your account.
BookMyCall reserves the right to modify this Refund & Cancellation Policy at any time.
