No. BookMyCall does not provide services directly. All services are offered by independent service providers listed on the platform.

Yes. Registration is required to post service requests, book services, or offer services on the platform.
BookMyCall may perform basic verification checks; however, users are advised to independently verify service provider details before availing services.
Service charges are decided by the service provider or mutually agreed between the customer and the provider. BookMyCall may charge a platform or convenience fee, if applicable.
Payments are processed securely through third-party payment gateways. BookMyCall does not store debit card, credit card, or UPI details.
Yes. Cancellations are allowed as per the service provider’s terms and the platform’s cancellation policy. Please refer to the Refund & Cancellation Policy for details.
If a refund is approved, it is usually processed within 5–10 business days to the original payment method. Actual credit time may vary by bank or payment provider.
You can delete your account directly from:
Profile → Delete Account
This option is available on both the website and mobile app. Account deletion is instant and permanent.
No. Once your account is deleted, all associated data is permanently removed and cannot be recovered.
