Customer not available at the scheduled time

Refund amount, if approved, may be partial or full depending on the case.
Platform fees, convenience fees, and processing charges (if any) may be non-refundable.
Refunds are processed only to the original payment method used during the transaction.
Approved refunds are usually processed within 5–10 business days.
Actual credit time depends on the user’s bank or payment service provider.
